Desirable

## Description

We are looking for a Deskside Support IT Service Tech that enjoys learning, problem-solving, and helping people with technical and non-technical requests for technology support.

The Deskside Support IT Service Tech's responsibilities include providing insightful advice and friendly support to end-users, identifying technical and non-technical solutions, and provisioning equipment for new users.

Responsibilities

 * Build and maintain business relationships with end-users
 * Identify and resolve technical issues
 * User on-boarding and equipment provisioning
 * Documentation, including Inventory, "How-To", FAQs, and processes
