Capital Projects & Financial Analysis * Support CAPEX project analysis, including: + Cost tracking + Budget versus actual analysis + Return on Investment (ROI) + Payback period analysis * Develop financial models supporting new equipment purchases and process improvement initiatives. Continuous Improvement * Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to: + Understand manufacturing processes and data flows. + Identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. + Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. * Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings. Reporting & Business Intelligence * Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI (preferred) or similar visualization tools. * Track and report: + Operational KPIs + Utility usage and cost trends + Wastewater and chemical usage + Maintenance performance metrics * Present findings to engineering leadership and operational stakeholders., This position is based onsite in Burlington, North Carolina, and requires regular interaction with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and operational teams. The role includes both office-based analytical work and time spent in production environments to understand manufacturing processes, validate operational data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
