This role is responsible for translating operational needs into actionable data insights, managing analytics-related projects, and triaging incoming requests through a structured ticketing process. The Sr. Analyst ensures timely delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analyses that inform operational and strategic decision-making. The Sr. Analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy, owning projects end to end and representing BI directly to senior stakeholders.
