Based in our San Jose office (hybrid), you'll own device lifecycle management, workspace networking, and access provisioning, while also providing remote support to our Hong Kong office. You will play a critical part in keeping employees productive, secure, and equipped with reliable technology as we scale. The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-oriented problem solver who can own IT operations workstreams end-to-end and execute independently, while coordinating with a global team across time zones. This role partners closely with our Information Security team on security-related operations.
