## Description

We're seeking a creative, organized, and self-directed Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

This is a flexible, remote position with significant creative freedom. You'll work directly with our physician founders to transform real medical expertise into engaging, educational content that builds our reputation and attracts new patients.

If you're excited about healthcare marketing, AI-assisted content creation, and building something meaningful from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

 * Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms
 * Create graphics, reels, carousels, and short-form videos
 * Edit physician-recorded video content
 * Write engaging captions and calls to action
 * Maintain a consistent brand voice
 * Develop monthly content calendars
 * Schedule and publish posts
 * Monitor comments and messages when appropriate
 * Track engagement and recommend improvements
 * Stay current on social media trends and platform changes
 * Help execute marketing campaigns for:
 * Primary Care
 * ADHD Program
 * Men's & Women's Optimization
 * Weight Loss
 * Community events
 * Patient testimonials
 * Physician education
