This includes: * Managing SQL users and roles for database access * Applying Epic updates to Cogito Servers * Monitoring the Clarity and Caboodle Nightly ETLs and addressing any failures * Triage and carry out system change requests from BI Developers * Manage and accommodate growth and system improvement to maintain system performance, capacity, and resilience. This includes: * Planning and carrying out all Epic upgrade tasks for Cogito Infrastructure * Monitoring system growth as it applies to server resources (CPU, Storage, Memory); planning and requesting or carrying out system changes to accommodate forecasted growth. * Ensuring system resilience and downtime readiness through analysis, design, and build. * Meet Weekly with Epic TS to keep current on new issues.
