## About the Role

* 2-5 years of datacenter, network, or smart hands experience
 * Strong knowledge of network and hardware infrastructure
 * Experience with routers, switches, and physical network installations
 * CCNA or equivalent networking certification required
 * Ability to work independently in mission-critical environments

## Description

* Perform cable tracing, hardware replacement, rack-and-stack activities, and power cycling
 * Support servers, storage devices, network equipment, and datacenter infrastructure
 * Assist with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, switches, routers, and firewalls
 * Maintain cable management, labelling, inventory, and UPS validation activities
 * Support datacenter operations, migrations, and infrastructure projects
 * Document work and update ServiceNow tickets in accordance with SLA requirements
