This engineer will work in a mixed Juniper (85%) / Cisco infrastructure and will be heavily involved in hands-on troubleshooting, cabling, switching, routing, and wireless support. The target pay rate for this position is between $30-$39/hr depending on experience. This role requires someone who is motivated to learn, comfortable working across campus buildings, and ready to support end-to-end network operations including cabling, device testing, WiFi support, and platform troubleshooting. This is a highly collaborative, physical-presence environment where engineers gain deep institutional knowledge and support a wide range of tasks. Job Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot issues across Layer 1-7 * Perform cabling, testing, and device support across campus * Support Juniper and Cisco hardware during ongoing migration * Upgrade and troubleshoot Meraki access points * Handle daily operations, ticket resolution, and walk-up requests * Navigate campus buildings to provide onsite support and build institutional knowledge * Work closely within a small, collaborative networking team We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
