## Description

This position is responsible for data entry and support for the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Department., * Receive and process forms for data entry

 * Accurately enter data into corresponding fields from various assigned databases
 * Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
 * Verify data and correct data when necessary
 * Prepare relevant electronic reports as needed
 * Working knowledge of spreadsheets (creating & using) & various reports
 * End-user support for Electronic Health Record
 * Create training materials, manuals, PowerPoint presentations
