You ll design and deliver hands-on training, labs, demos, and reusable playbooks that teach practical AI workflows across the software development lifecycle. By partnering with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, data, cloud, product, and responsible AI stakeholders, you ll ensure guidance aligns with approved tools, standards, and enterprise expectations. Your work will directly improve adoption confidence, learning quality, and the safe integration of AI into day-to-day engineering routines., * Design and deliver hands-on AI training for software engineers, architects, and technical product teams * Build developer curriculum, workshops, labs, demos, facilitator guides, and reusable learning assets * Teach practical AI workflows across requirements, coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and release support * Create realistic, credible technical examples and lab exercises engineering teams can use immediately * Facilitate technical sessions, bootcamps, lunch-and-learns, and hackathon-style enablement events * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content with enterprise tool standards and responsible AI expectations * Develop prompt libraries, technical playbooks, and reference patterns for technical users * Gather feedback and adoption barriers to continuously improve enablement programs * Advise on smart implementation, including transparent model/tool selection and cost awareness Ideal Candidates Will Have: * Credibility gained by working closely with software engineers (not just training them) ## Related Videos - [AI Killed DevOps...
