This is a highly customer-facing role. You'll partner closely with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to drive complex deployments across engineering, security, IT, and executive stakeholders. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes while helping Cursor scale its enterprise motion. As our first TPM, you'll also help define how we work. You'll build the playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms that allow us to support increasingly large and complex customer deployments.
