## About the Role

* 8 10 years of hands-on experience as an Archer Developer or Archer Technical Consultant.
 * Strong understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data model.
 * Proven experience with:

 * All major Archer configurations
 * Custom Object development
 * Archer REST APIs and integrations
 * Solid hands-on exposure to Archer Next Gen UI and its features.
 * Experience supporting multiple Archer use cases (e.g., RCSA, Issues Management, Risk Register, Compliance, Audit, etc.).
 * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience integrating Archer with platforms such as Snowflake, ServiceNow, or enterprise data platforms.
 * Knowledge of GRC processes and regulatory frameworks.
 * Experience with Archer upgrades, data migrations, and environment management.
