Six years' experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree if waived by the government. * Personal and organizational interactions exhibit and foster cooperation and teamwork, enhance customer relations, and actively promote rapport with customers * Utilize resources effectively to accomplish mission, including ability to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines. * Focused adherence to safety and security requirements. * Experience in conflict resolution within multiple teams so that all parties benefit. * The ability to direct a group of people or organization. * The ability to analyze, prioritize, communicate, and minimize the amount of risk an initiative program or project may cause for the entire schedule. Security Clearance: * Must hold a Secret DoD security clearance with ability to receive a Top Secret as required. Desired Experience: * Experience in working with AFNWC organizations, designated test organizations, and/or prime contractors. * Familiarity with test and evaluation planning and processes consistent with DoD acquisition directives and policies. * Familiarity with test & evaluation planning and processes consistent with DoD acquisition directives and policies. * Familiarity with Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems and related subsystems/equipment, their projected use in the military, and methods of testing. * Experience in working on DoD test programs. * Experience in working with DoD organizations, test organizations, and/or prime contractors. * Experience working with Physical Security System (PSS) components, hardware, software, engineering and design. * Background in physical security systems designs and facility protection concepts. Other Essential Job Functions: * Work location is on-site at Hill AFB. * Must be willing to travel up to 15%. ## Description Canvas is seeking a Test Engineer to join its Physical Security Test Team on-site at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
