## Description

* Coordinate technician dispatching
 * Handle incoming calls with professionalism, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
 * Enter data accurately
 * Communicate internally with technicians and customers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly
 * Assist with shipping & receiving processes
 * Maintain organized records of dispatch activities, delivery statuses, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes
