## About the Role

* Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
 * Excellent communication ability
 * Able to adapt to evolving technologies
 * Strong problem-solving skills, * Certification as an IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
 * 2 years or more experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
 * Basic understanding of Active Directory Users, OUs, and Groups

## Description

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

 * Provide technical support to users through phone, remote desktop, and email support.
 * Install and maintain end-user computer systems.
 * Support end-user hardware and software systems.
 * Train users on hardware and software usage and policies.
 * Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, hardware, and laptops, email problems, MS Office, and basic Active Directory and DNS issues.
 * Collaborate with IT team members, units, and departments to address IT issues.
 * All other assignments as required by the Supervisor
