* 5+ years of post-graduate landscape architecture experience (7-10 years preferred) with Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) licensure.
 * Hardscape experience and strong plant knowledge tailored to the Kentucky climate.
 * Ability to manage projects from design through construction administration and ongoing maintenance coordination.
 * Client-facing communication skills, including onsite property walkthroughs and developing ideas into a clear vision.
 * Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, DynaScape, and QuickBooks.
 * Oversee and coordinate crews tied to assigned properties and projects.
 * Support new client calls, including maintenance-only opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with long-term customers.
 * Contribute to sales growth by building trust and helping design opportunities through to completed projects.
