Bei unseren Kunden sorgst du dafür, dass geschäftskritische Anwendungen zuverlässig funktionieren und kontinuierlich verbessert werden. Du analysierst komplexe technische Probleme, arbeitest eng mit internen Teams sowie Herstellern zusammen und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag für einen stabilen IT-Betrieb., * Du analysierst und behebst technische Störungen anhand von Logfiles, C#-Stacktraces, Wireshark-Analysen und T-SQL-Abfragen

 * Du unterstützt beim Applikations-Debugging mit Visual Studio
 * Du koordinierst die Problembehebung gemeinsam mit Herstellern und internen Stakeholdern
 * Du konfigurierst, testest und rollst neue Applikationsversionen aus
 * Du erstellst Datenbank-Traces und Service-Dumps zur Fehleranalyse
 * Du bearbeitest und dokumentierst Tickets in Jira
 * Du betreust technische Betriebsunterstützungs-Meetings im Bereich Datenbanken und Applikationen
 * Du unterstützt den laufenden Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemlandschaft
