## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Softwareentwicklungsteams
 * Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
 * Definition, Priorisierung und Durchsetzung technischer und organisatorischer Ziele innerhalb der Abteilung
 * Umsetzung der Entwicklung von Softwareprojekten in der Forschung & Entwicklung, insbesondere Firmware für Metalldetektoren und Röntgengeräte in C/C++
 * Pflege bestehender Software und Firmware
 * Erstellung von Dashboards und Datenanalysewerkzeugen auf der Basis von ERP-Inhalten
