Ben jij een Applicatieconsultant die energie krijgt van een breed applicatielandschap en het contact met gebruikers? Voor een organisatie binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening zoeken wij een ervaren ICT Consultant die processen slimmer, efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker maakt.

Als Applicatieconsultant maak je deel uit van een professioneel ICT-team en zorg je dat de bedrijfsapplicaties optimaal functioneren. Je werkt nauw samen met gebruikers, proceseigenaren, leveranciers en collega-specialisten.

* Eerste aanspreekpunt voor functionele vraagstukken, incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken
 * Vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar functionele specificaties en IT-oplossingen
 * Beheren, optimaliseren en door-ontwikkelen van bedrijfsapplicaties
 * Coördineren van wijzigingen, releases, testen en acceptatieprocessen
 * Analyseren van incidenten en doorvoeren van structurele verbeteringen
 * Beheer van rollen, autorisaties en datakwaliteit
 * Aansturen van externe leveranciers en afstemmen met interne stakeholders
 * Actief bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering van het applicatielandschap
