## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Geoinformatik, Geowissenschaften, Vermessung, Informatik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
 * Erste Praxiserfahrung mit Geoinformationssystemen, idealerweise im Esri- oder VertiGIS-Umfeld
 * Fähigkeit, technische und fachliche Anforderungen zu analysieren und in praxistaugliche Lösungen zu überführen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Englischkenntnisse

Wünschenswert (kein Muss):
Grundkenntnisse in Python oder relationalen Datenbanken sowie Erfahrung in Projektarbeit oder ersten Projektleitungsaufgaben.

Kundenberatung & Anwendungsunterstützung

 * Analyse fachlicher Prozesse (z. B. Versorgungswirtschaft, öffentliche Verwaltung, Infrastrukturmanagement) und Beratung zu passenden Workflows
 * Unterstützung im Betrieb und bei Fragen zur Anwendung unserer Produkte, inkl. Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen

Projektarbeit & kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung

 * Mitarbeit in Projektteams bei Einführung, Erweiterung oder Migration bestehender GIS-Systeme
 * Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen sowie Unterstützung bei Change Requests und Optimierungen
