## About the Role

Le profil recherché est un Process Lead senior disposant d?au moins 10 ans d?expérience en transformation de processus métier, avec une expérience confirmée sur des programmes SAP S/4HANA. Une expertise dans le secteur aéronautique et défense est impérative. Le consultant devra maîtriser la modélisation de processus, l?animation d?ateliers avec les équipes métier et IT, la coordination de parties prenantes internationales et l?alignement des besoins métier avec les capacités standard SAP S/4HANA dans une logique Fit-to-Standard / Clean Core. Une expérience sur les processus Engineer-to-Configure, PLM, Product & Items Lifecycle, MDM, product configuration, variant management, xBOM, configuration management, change management, SAP PEO, SAP AVC, data governance et Golden Rules est fortement attendue.

## Description

La mission consiste à intervenir en tant que Process Lead dans le cadre d?un programme majeur de transformation métier visant à harmoniser les processus d?ingénierie et de cycle de vie produit autour de SAP S/4HANA et de solutions digitales associées. Le consultant interviendra sur le stream Engineer-to-Configure afin de piloter la définition et la transformation des processus Product & Items Lifecycle, tout en contribuant au chantier E2E Change Efficiency. Il aura pour responsabilités d?animer les ateliers métiers, de cadrer les processus AS-IS et TO-BE, de définir les modèles opérationnels cibles, les flux de données, les règles de gouvernance, les processus de configuration produit, variantes, options et lifecycle, ainsi que les principes de gestion des données articles et master data.
