## Description

Vous êtes pédagogue, dynamique et avez à coeur de résoudre les incidents techniques de nos clients ? En tant que Technicien Hotline (F/H), vous êtes le garant d'une assistance téléphonique et d'un dépannage de premier niveau efficaces et de qualité.
Vos missions :

 - Assistance et diagnostic : Dépanner à distance les produits (PEM, multimédia, mobilité) par téléphone, chat ou visio.
 - Gestion des dossiers : Créer, vérifier et mettre à jour les dossiers clients et les bases de connaissances.
 - Développement commercial : Proposer et réaliser des ventes de services adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
 - Formation et partage : Former les nouveaux arrivants et partager les solutions techniques au sein de l'équipe.
