* Be able to use your own initiative to manage the data input
 * Be able to work quickly and accurately
 * Be comfortable working on repetitive catalogue type data
 * Have good keyboard skills and a brisk typing speed
 * Have used programs like Microsoft Word, Excel and Sage
 * Have worked in a busy office or library, an online company or in auto parts
 * Have a confident and polite telephone manner, * Have you worked with Office and Sage type of programs?
 * Do you have any data input or office admin experience?
 * Do you have good keyboard skills and a brisk typing speed?
 * Do you have a car and live within a 15 mile radius of Liskeard?

## Description

Your working day will include:

 * Inputting product data into our database
 * Raising new part numbers
 * Compiling links to be used on our website
 * Creating and managing PDFs
 * Editing cropping and resizing images for use on our website

OTHER TASKS

You will be expected to help cover staff who are on holiday or sick:

 * Raising and managing customer and supplier orders on our database
 * Dealing with customer queries on the phone and via email
 * Packing and shipping outgoing orders in the warehouse goods-out area
 * Unpacking and labelling orders in the warehouse goods-in area
 * Inputting parcel shipping data into our couriers software
