This is not a narrowly scoped specialist role. You will work across tooling, enablement, and architecture in an integrated fashion - building reusable patterns, constructing agentic system prototypes, evolving visibility for stakeholders, and engaging directly with teams to surface challenges and remove friction. You will help build and maintain reusable paved roads that concentrate on architecture and security alignment so that engineering teams can move quickly and confidently without paying redundant experimentation and approval costs in silos. You will work closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and work across teams within the R&D organization, collaborating with architects, and senior engineers to share knowledge, prove patterns, and evolve how Mimecast builds software.
