Desirable: * Knowledge of design for test and manufacture. * Experience designing for rugged or challenging environments. * Understanding of embedded software and hardware interaction. * Awareness of high-speed digital design challenges. ## Description Reporting to the Director of Programmes & Engineering, the Hardware Engineering Manager will lead, develop and empower a team of hardware engineers to deliver market-leading, mission-critical products. The role is centred on achieving delivery excellence through people. Aligning work to individual strengths, building capability across the team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing to reduce single points of failure.
