 * Experience in leading/managing people onsite with clients, but being a team player as part of a team of engineers within AND.
 * Good at both writing documentation and presenting solutions, able to clearly express complex thoughts.
 * Flexible and responsive to people and client needs and opportunities, able to balance conflicting demands on time and priorities.
 * Growth mind, naturally curious and challenging and process minded.
 * Knowledge of containerisation, orchestration (Kubernetes), and serverless architectures
