* Strong background in software test automation
 * Commercial experience with Selenium or Playwright
 * Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks
 * Previous leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step into a Lead role)
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Consultancy or client-facing software delivery experience would be advantageous

## Description

* Lead, mentor and develop a team of QA Engineers

 * Design and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright
