As the business continues to invest in its technology and internal systems, they're looking to add an IT Support Technician to their team. The Role As an IT Support Technician, you'll provide 1st and 2nd Line support across the business, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and operating efficiently. Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments, you'll resolve day-to-day technical issues while supporting infrastructure improvements, IT projects and ongoing system development.
