Technical Experience * Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP. * VMware vSphere/ESXi configuration and administration. * Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. * Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity management. * Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and endpoint management. * Cisco networking, VLANs, TCP/IP, wireless networking and network troubleshooting. * Firewall administration (FortiGate preferred) * Backup technologies (preferably Veeam), disaster recovery * Infrastructure monitoring and patch management. Desirable * Microsoft, VMware or Cisco certifications. * Experience delivering infrastructure refreshes, cloud migrations or digital transformation projects. * Knowledge of ITIL and experience supporting ERP, telephony or other business-critical systems. ## Description We're looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to join our friendly and collaborative IT team. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure while delivering projects that improve performance, security and the user experience. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, working with modern technologies and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
