A high-growth consulting team is looking for a Senior Manager to drive technology-enabled transformation across global compliance for financial services clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on turning complex regulatory challenges into scalable, tech-driven solutions. The OpportunityYou'll sit at the intersection of technology, tax, and transformation, helping global clients rethink and modernise their compliance operating models.This role blends:

 * Winning work - shaping proposals and leading tech-led conversations with clients

 * Driving innovation - leveraging global tools, data, and AI to create bespoke solutions

What You'll Be Doing

 * Partner directly with clients to design and implement global compliance and reporting solutions
 * Translate complex requirements into practical, technology-enabled operating models
 * Lead end-to-end delivery from RFP response through to implementation
 * Act as the bridge between emerging technologies (including AI) and client needs
 * Collaborate with global product and technology teams
 * Support development of business cases for new technology solutions
 * Contribute to AI-driven innovation and automation initiatives
