Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

 + Experience programming in Python, Go, and Java

 + Experience deploying and running open-source tools at the agency

 + Experience with Svelte, OpenTelemetry, or OpenObserve

 + Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems

 + 4+ years of dataflow experience

## Description

+ Provide dataflow expertise through development and process improvement

 + Expand and develop health monitoring tools and dashboards

 + Use open source and proprietary software to collect metrics from various applications, hardware, and network appliances

 + Emphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results
