## Description

* Promote teamwork and effective communications across all departments.
 * Use a range of .Net technologies to develop modern database, service layer, and client application solutions.
 * Conduct code reviews and provide coaching to software team members.
 * Prioritise requirements in collaboration with the Head of Software Engineering.
 * Ensure project delivery is on schedule, reporting any challenges or potential delays.
 * Mentor and contribute to the development of engineers within the Software Group.
 * Integrate with third party vendors as required.
 * Propose and maintain an evolving software architecture for long-term progress.
 * Ensure code clarity and simplicity for robustness and maintainability.
 * Collaborate with IT to enhance version control, continuous integration, and testing processes.
 * Improve the DevOps environment to increase the delivery rate of high-quality products.
 * Keep abreast of new techniques, languages, and tools as required.
 * Respond promptly to user support requests according to priority.
 * Provide race support on a rotational basis.
 * Adhere to all engineering and business processes, as well as safety regulations.
