Experience: * Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex business and technology environments. * Strong experience with ESRI GIS platforms and geospatial technologies. * Demonstrable experience working within GIS or geospatial environments. * Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements. * Experience working across the full project lifecycle. * Previous experience within the Utilities sector, particularly Water, Energy, Gas or Infrastructure environments. * Experience supporting asset management or field operations programmes. * Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives. ## Description As part of our continued growth within the Utilities sector, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (GIS) to support the delivery of business transformation and digital initiatives within the UK water industry. The successful candidate will work closely with operational, asset management and technology stakeholders to analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the implementation of GIS-enabled solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of ESRI technologies, geospatial data and business analysis best practices to drive operational efficiency and maximise the value of GIS investments.
