## About the Role

* ARB Registered Architect
 * Experience managing projects across multiple RIBA stages
 * Strong design, technical and project management skills
 * Excellent working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows
 * Experience leading small teams and mentoring junior staff
 * Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations, CDM and Building Safety requirements
 * Knowledge of planning application procedures
 * Excellent communication and client-facing skills
 * Passion for sustainable and regenerative design
 * Interest in landscape, ecology and heritage-led projects
 * Rendering skills (Enscape, V-Ray or similar) desirable
 * Hand drawing skills advantageous
 * Fluent written and spoken English
 * Eligibility to work in the UK

## Description

An award-winning design-led practice is seeking a talented and committed Architect to join its London studio. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of regenerative and sustainable projects throughout the UK, ranging from large-scale masterplans and education projects to hospitality, residential and community-focused developments., * Lead and contribute to innovative design solutions across a variety of project sectors and RIBA stages

 * Prepare architectural design proposals, drawings, presentations, specifications and technical information
 * Manage client relationships and coordinate consultant teams throughout project delivery
 * Attend and lead meetings with clients, contractors and stakeholders
 * Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, CDM and the Building Safety Act
 * Coordinate with contractors, engineers and surveyors through construction stages
 * Take ownership of project programmes, budgets and project delivery
 * Support planning applications and stakeholder consultation processes
 * Engage with local communities and project stakeholders to deliver inclusive, people-centred design outcomes
 * Participate in design reviews and quality assurance processes
 * Assist with business development activities, including tender submissions, bids and presentations
