We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems with data and is passionate about turning analysis into meaningful business outcomes., * Experience delivering analytics solutions in a commercial environment such as an agency, media, sport, entertainment or another data-rich industry.

 * Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience working with large datasets, developing dashboards and building predictive or forecasting models.
 * Experience improving reporting processes through automation and efficient data workflows.
 * Confidence working with customer and audience data, including segmentation, measurement and performance analysis.
 * The ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Experience collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
 * Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues and contributing to the development of an analytics function.
 * Curiosity, commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset.

## Description

* Lead analytics for a portfolio of global clients, turning campaign and audience data into clear insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
 * Design and develop dashboards, forecasting models and proprietary analytics tools that improve decision-making and create operational efficiencies.
 * Support data-led consultancy projects, including audience analysis, digital rights valuation, segmentation and performance measurement.
 * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality and enhance the team's use of analytics technologies.
 * Contribute to new business opportunities by providing analytical expertise for proposals, scopes of work and client presentations.
 * Help shape the Performance team's analytics strategy, data roadmap and future capabilities.
 * Mentor and support junior analysts, encouraging knowledge sharing, continuous learning and high-quality delivery.
 * Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating analytical findings in a clear, accessible and commercially relevant way.
