## About the Role

* Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Verwaltungswissenschaften oder Politikwissenschaften, oder eine Fortbildung/Schulung im IT-Umfeld (ITIL, DevOps, DSGVO, IT-Recht)
 * Zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung und Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
 * Mindestens eine Zertifizierung (idealerweise zwei) im Bereich Scrum, Product Owner, SAFe, PMI, ICP oder APMG
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office, Jira und/oder Confluence

## Description

* Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die Online-Dienste im Projekt sowie nach deren Übergabe in den Betrieb, der für den Ausbau der Online-Dienste zuständig ist
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für alle an der Leistungsdigitalisierung Beteiligten
 * Übernahme aller Arbeitsschritte von der Planung über die Implementierung bis zum Roll-out bei den Kundinnen und Kunden innerhalb Niedersachsens sowie in anderen Bundesländern
 * Abstimmung der Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung für Neuentwicklungen mit den Product Ownern
 * Enge Abstimmung mit den Kundinnen und Kunden betriebsintern für eine übergreifende Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Leistungsbestandteile im laufenden Betrieb
