 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs und der Stabilität der produktiven IT-Infrastruktur
 * Installation und Support von mobilen Endgeräten, Laptops und PCs
 * Implementierung und Kontrolle von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -maßnahmen
 * Betreuung und Verwaltung von MS 365 Cloud-Umgebungen unserer Kunden
 * Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
 * Beratung und Konzeption von maßgeschneiderten IT-Lösungen für unsere Kunden
