## About the Role

* 10+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience.
 * Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
 * Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), JMeter, or Gatling.
 * Strong experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and performance analysis.
 * Experience with GCP observability and performance tuning.
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 * Previous experience leading performance testing teams in enterprise environments, preferably healthcare or financial services.

## Description

* Lead performance testing strategy for GCP-based applications.
 * Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
 * Analyze performance across microservices, APIs, databases (including Cloud Spanner), and cloud infrastructure.
 * Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.
 * Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Performance Engineers.
 * Partner with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to improve application performance.
 * Present performance metrics and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
