You will be expected to drive systematic changes in how we work, ensuring execution excellence at scale while establishing clarity in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments Responsibilities Portfolio * Strategy Execution: Partner with Portfolio Leadership to unblock teams and guide delivery across a broad program portfolio, ensuring technical outcomes align with the company's technological vision. * Strategic Thinking: Connect the dots across various programs to simplify the "why, what, and how" for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Executive Communication: Drive transparency by communicating status, risks, and actionable solutions to Senior Leadership. * Portfolio Orchestration: Drive strategic alignment across fragmented program workstreams, managing the compounding complexity of divergent technical architectures and organizational dependencies to ensure a cohesive platform trajectory. * Operational Force Multiplier: Establish clarity in highly ambiguous environments by anchoring diverse stakeholder groups to primary objectives and designing repeatable frameworks that simplify complex delivery cycles.
