 - Skilled in incident management, ticket tracking, and performing root cause analysis.
 - Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
 - Detailed knowledge of change management and application lifecycle processes.
 - Keen attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to maintaining data integrity.
 - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related; project management skills; experience in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
