 * Ability to travel to various sites as needed(approximately 20%)
 * Advanced knowledge of system integration concepts, tools, and methodologies
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex, cross-system issues
 * Ability to work independently with minimal oversight on advanced technical work
 * Experience influencing technical direction and guiding decision-making without direct authority
 * Strong communicationskills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
 * Commitment to mentoring, collaboration, and continuous learning

## Description

* Support laboratory,Patient Service Center (PSC)andIn-Office Phlebotomist (IOP)sites within theWichitaKS area
 * Support, Install, and configure hardware/software for desktop support
 * Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support for software and hardware
 * Respond to all customer inquiriesin a timely manner
 * Place orders for IT-related hardware and complete asset management once received
 * Meet with vendors for installation questions and directions onsite(Examples: Data cabling, Instrument Vendors, Ricoh Vendors)
 * Assistas smart hands for IT hardware installations and validations all is working as expected
 * Manage tickets for Issues and projects in ServiceNow
