## About the Role

* 6+ years of experience as an Information Systems Security Manager ( ISSM ) or Information System Security Officer ( ISSO )
 * Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework, including NIST Spe cia l Publications 800 series
 * Knowledge of security configuration and hardening, including for cloud infrastructure
 * Ability to timely shepherd project teams through the NIST or RMF process
 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
 * HS diploma or GED

 * Experience as an Information Systems Security Engineer ( ISSE ) or Security Control Assessor ( SCA )
 * Knowledge of automation, cloud security, and vulnerability scanning
 * Ability to solve complex security challenges
 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
 * Master's degree in IT or Cybersecurity
 * Security+, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent Certification

## Description

Design, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure database and sof tware security. Apply advanced consult ing skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.
