 * 2-5 years' experience in software development and engineering (Essential);
 * Experience in AI Solutions and automations (Essential);
 * Knowledge of Software development;
 * Knowledge of Large Language Models;
 * Knowledge of API integration;
 * Knowledge of AI technologies, tools, models;
 * Interpersonal skills;

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions and automations to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency;
 * Develop and maintain scalable AI solutions that are sustainable and secure;
 * Integrate AI models into existing business systems, applications, and digital platforms;
 * Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to collect, clean, and prepare data for model development;
 * Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards;
 * Develop feature engineering approaches to enhance model performance;
 * Perform ongoing model tuning, optimisation, and retraining to ensure effectiveness over time;
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI models and deployments;
 * Execute small projects or key tasks in larger projects;
 * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and vendors;
 * Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance prior to implementation;
 * Maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and implementation records;
 * Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making;
 * Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices;
 * Contribute to the organisation's digital innovation roadmap and AI strategy;
 * Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
 * Communicate technical concepts and model outputs to non-technical stakeholders;
 * Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams adopting AI solutions;
 * Ensure AI solutions comply with organisational governance, data privacy, and ethical standards;
