## Description

* Während deiner 3-jährigen Ausbildung unterstützt du das Infrastruktur-Team in der Installation und Konfiguration von Systemen sowie der Betreuung und Schulung der Systemnutzer.
 * Als Fachinformatiker*in stehst du den Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zu Hard- und Software zur Verfügung und beschäftigst mit der dich mit der Erstellung von Benutzeraccounts, Installation von Softwarelösungen und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen.
 * Du betreust unsere Server und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Bei Störungen suchst du nach effektiven Ansätzen zur Behebung des Problems.
