## About the Role

## Description

* Annahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen an der Servicetheke sowie vor Ort.
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support).
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Ausgabe von Endgeräten wie Notebooks, PCs, Smartphones und Peripheriegeräten.
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und IT-Assets sowie Pflege der Dokumentation im Ticketsystem.
 * Analyse und Behebung von Standardstörungen sowie Eskalation komplexerer Incidents an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten.
 * Sicherstellung eines kundenorientierten IT-Services für eine IT-Umgebung mit rund 3.000 Anwendern.
