Desired: * Knowledge of structured cabling standards, including Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a. * Experience managing multi-site campus environments with multi-vendor network infrastructures. * Familiarity with Extreme Networks switches. * Experience monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise networks using industry-standard tools to maintain high availability. * Hands-on experience with: * Wireshark * PuTTY * SolarWinds (NTA, NPM, NCM, Dameware) * Experience supporting firewall change requests and security rule implementation. * Familiarity with Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) access requirements and compliance. ## Description CACI is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to provide on-site technical support for the Civil Rights Division in Washington, DC. The Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice was established by the Civil Rights Act of 1957 and is committed to protecting the civil and constitutional rights of all people in the United States, with particular attention to those most vulnerable. The Division enforces federal laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, sex, disability, religion, familial status, national origin, and citizenship status, ensuring equal justice and fair treatment nationwide. In this role, you will support enterprise-scale environments and play a critical role in the design, deployment, and sustainment of complex network infrastructures supporting large-scale litigation operations.
