We're looking for someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, embraces modern engineering practices, and is eager to help shape how AI becomes part of our everyday development workflow., * 6+ years of professional software development experience * Demonstrated passion for applying AI to software engineering, including hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and a curiosity for evaluating emerging technologies that improve engineering productivity, code quality, and developer experience. * Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript * Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure * Experience working in an Agile environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment., * AWS Quicksight Experience or metrics reporting experience * Front-end development experience, especially with Vue (or another reactive framework), AWS Amplify, and micro-frontends.
