## About the Role

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available., * Strong Proficiency in CMDB Tables, and relationships amongst various CI's

 * Data ingestion and Data integration skills
 * ServiceNow CSDM knowledge/experience including:
 * Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) with a particular emphasis on Business Applications, Service Instances, Technology Management Services/Offerings, Business Capabilities and ability to establish relationships amongst various CI's
 * Ensure IT data is structured according to CSDM
 * Managing CMDB Data within ServiceNow
 * Data Governance and Data Quality knowledge/experience including:
 * Managing CI lifecycles, Change Management. Enforcement of policies for CI lifecycle management, including creation, updates, and retirement.
 * Establishing health dashboards
 * Identifying stale or orphaned data
 * Prior experience with Governance and Compliance activities by working with CI owners and auditors
