Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements., IDS is seeking a Senior-Level User Experience (UX) Designer to support the Analysis and Mitigation mission through UX design and front-end development for Agentic Knowledge Management Systems. The designer will conduct user research, develop front-end solutions, and maintain UX documentation to support integration with backend systems and mission workflows.

Key Duties

 * Write and maintain front-end code to implement UX designs

 * Design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

 * Develop front-end components using modern web technologies

 * Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end code with existing backend services

 * Ensure front-end implementations meet performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility requirements

 * Develop and maintain UX documentation including design guidelines, style guides, technical plans, milestones, and user guides
