Analyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen und Störungen
Beratung und Schulung der Ecovis Mitarbeiter: innen zu unseren Softwarelösungen, vorrangig zu den eingesetzten DATEV-Produkten
Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklungsteam bei der Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung der eingesetzten DATEV-Produkte
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Anleitungen, FAQs und anderen Hilfsmitteln
